Maureen had been studying voice for 9 years and also teaching voice for several when she discovered the Deva Method. Maureen studied with Jeannie Deva and started making advancements in her vocal ability that she had, until then, only dreamed were possible. Then she was accepted by Jeannie into her teacher training program and became the first Australian Deva Method teacher.
